How Reliable Moving handles the information you share with us.
Who we are
Reliable Moving, 2608 2nd Ave, #123, Seattle, WA 98121, provides packing, loading, unloading, storage-unit, furniture assembly, and office/commercial support services in the Seattle metropolitan area. You can reach us at ben@reliablemoving.com or (206) 715-9875.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or confirm a service, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Service date, service type, and service location(s)
- Project details, access notes, and any instructions you provide
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and coordinate the services you ask about. Form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in our website form records.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether a quote request came from one of our Google Ads campaigns. When a quote request is successfully submitted, a conversion event is recorded. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are switched off, so we do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google for this purpose.
Google may set advertising cookies for this measurement. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings control in our footer, and your browser's Global Privacy Control signal is respected. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share form details only with the service providers needed to deliver our website and email, and with Google for the advertising measurement described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing ben@reliablemoving.com. You can also change your cookie choice at any time from the footer of any page.
