Ben was very helpful and estimated the entire moving experience over the phone. I moved from a third floor walkup apartment (no elevator) to a house. What a great experience. Bill and Bob (the movers) called on the way to my apartment and estimated the time for arrival. They arrived on time and was very friendly and personable. It went efficiently and I was very happy with the move. I will use them again in a heartbeat! In fact, I have already recommended them to a couple friends that are about to move themselves. All I can say is AWESOME! Thanks Ben!

Everyone at Reliable was fantastic. Ben was quick to call me back with a quote that was fair and thorough. Joe and Alex showed up on time, had fantastic moving tips to help me protect my furniture and new home, and were friendly, professional, and hard working and we were actually sad to see them go. Not to mention - they were so efficient that they came in a full $100 under budget! Amazing! We've already recommended them to friends and will do so again and again and again.‎

I know it is impossible to please everyone,especially me, but my overall experience was good enough to give this company a positive review.They had a lot to deal with on my move .They had a very steep driveway and lots of stairs, and had to finish packing my boxes,which they did not expect until they arrived.If they can impress me, they can definitely impress you.Good Service!!‎

I highly recommend these guys. They saved me last weekend. I was ready to move on a Saturday morning. I had reserved a time with a different company . . .they ended up never showing up and didn't answer their phone or anything. So I started randomly calling moving companies to see if they could help me out last minute. (Everything I owned was in a box.) Reliable Moving picked up and said they could help. The movers were over at my place in a couple hours, and the move itself went very smooth. I have to give it up to these guys as the 'move in access' to my new apartment was a bit of a pain. Lots of uphill walking and thin stairways. (Capitol Hill) However they did a great job and were fast. (3hrs for a one bedroom move.) They saved me. Call em up!!‎
